If any of your Clams are open and do not close when tapped lightly, discard of them.
Rinse with fresh water before cooking.
We recommend our fresh Clams are eaten straight away, but they will keep in your refrigerator for up to 2 days.Beautiful cooked in garlic butter served with spaghetti.
Live Clams are not suitable for freezing, but can be frozen after cooking and kept in your freezer for up to 3 months.
