We recommend our fresh Oysters are eaten straight away, but they will keep in your refrigerator for up to 3 days.Delicious both uncooked and cooked - try them on the bbq!
Although our Oysters have been through a rigorous cleaning procedure, eating raw Oysters can cause food poisoning.
Live Oysters are not suitable for freezing, but can be frozen after cooking and kept in your freezer for up to 3 months.
